We all are facing lot of issues for the resolution in
transfers of the PF accounts and withdrawals.
But, these days PF organization has become more tech savvy
and hope fully this would result in efficiency at their side but will
definitely will help the user with ease and provide more transparency.
In this session, I’ve taken up few details from the new PF
portal and its usage.
Limited menu options offered to the users but fulfil all the
requirements:
1.
Home – It will show you the default page or home
screen setup in UAN for account upon login.
2.
View
a. Profile – You can check what details has been updated in the PF account.
b. Service History – All requests made by you for your respective accounts.
c. UAN CARD – You can download your UAN card from here.
d. Passbook – Will show you the link where member passbook will be available.

Manage
a. Contact Details – You can update your contact details here for your PF account.
b.KYC – You can submit your KYC details from here. (Your respective HR needs to approve after submitting).

a. Change Password – This option will allow you to change the password for your account.

a. Claims – User can submit request for form 31, 19 and 10. Account must be linked with UAN.
b. Transfer Request – User can submit request for PF transfer from here. All account must be linked with UAN.
c. Track Claim Request – User can check the request status under this option.

Options provided on the portal are self-explanatory. User
need to make sure before proceeds to go through the instructions and Personal
details as (Personal detail) would be used for withdraw and transfer requests.
